Hassan Airport – Status, Master Plan & Design

Hassan Airport is an under construction greenfield airport at Hassan, Karnataka by Airports Authority of India (AAI). The project is planned for opening in 2023.

The airport will feature a new passenger terminal building, aircraft apron, singular 2.8 km & 300m wide runway and car parking facilities. It’s designed to operate small ATR-72-600 type aircraft and will be able to handle about 200 peak hour passengers.
