350 km Buxar – Bhagalpur by Bihar’s RCD is a proposed 4 lane access-controlled highway with a route alignment parallel to Ganga River connecting Buxar (UP border) with Bhagalpur (Jharkhand border).

This greenfield expressway will form an eastern extension of the operational 340 km Purvanchal Expressway built in Uttar Pradesh.
