Hyderabad Metro Extends Trials to SR Nagar on Miyapur – LB Nagar Line
After conducting trials on the 4.4 km Miyapur to Kukatpally stretch for 5 months, the Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) yesterday silently extended trial runs all the way to SR Nagar covering a distance of 12 kms from Miyapur on the 29.87 km line between Miyapur to LB Nagar!
According to a recent report, L&T officials had indicated that trials by 14 trains would begin after Dussehra, but looks like either they overestimated the time it would take for the line to be ready or they were in a hurry to start trials. Either way, I’m not complaining! 🙂
