[Pics] Views from Navi Mumbai Metro’s Pethapada Station

Here’s a post that shows different views from the 11.10 km Navi Mumbai metro’s Pethapada station. As you can see from the images (at the bottom of this post) and in the Google Earth satellite imagery below, this station has been built literally in the middle of nowhere! There are two reasons why this is OK:

  1. The land around this section of the metro line will see future urban development
  2. This section lies between two built-up areas of Kharghar and Taloja Panchanand which needed to be connected
