Delhi Metro Phase 3 – December 2015 Update

Thanks to my Twitter follower Shashwat Pant (@shashpant) for giving me the monthly heads-up about the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) having updated their website with Phase 3’s progress made up till the end of November by different contractors. Unlike last time, this update was published at the usual time of the month their website gets updated.
