Trial Runs on Nagpur Metro’s Line-1 Officially Flagged Off

6 days after the first ever trial run was conducted, the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MahaMetro) today officially launched trial runs on a 3.5 km at-grade section of Nagpur’s 19.66 km Line-1 which’ll connect Khapri with Automotive Square in the 38.215 km Phase 1 project. The leased Hyundai Rotem train was first unveiled to the public in its new orange-white-green avatar, and then flagged off at 3 pm by Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.

The train left Khapri Depot, traveled up to the Airport South Station through Khapri Station, and then headed back to the depot at speeds of up to 15 kmph.

No matter which Metro line, that Hyundai stock looks ugly. If TMRG was to rate every stock, what would the list look like?
