The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has just updated their website with images of the progress made over the past month. Like earlier in August (see: Delhi Metro Phase 3 – August 2015 Update), the images are substandard at best. While I’ve tried my luck at emailing the DMRC to smarten up & bring about changes to their photography department, it clearly hasn’t quite worked. So perhaps you, yes you, should try dropping them a word as well. It might just work? To make it easier on you, here’s the link to their feedback page.
Coming back to Phase 3’s September update, you can find images from all the new lines and extensions of the existing lines in the link above. Here are some of my favorite ones:
• Blue line – Dwarka – Najafgarh – 4.3 km
• Violet line – Central Secretariat – Kashmere Gate – 9.37 km
• Pink line – Mukundpur – Shiv Vihar – 58.59
For more information & images of the above bridge, please see: Delhi Metro Launches Steel Bridge For Pink Line Under Blue Line
• Magenta line – Janakpuri W – Botanical Garden – 38.24 km
