Great news it has picked up speed!

Who is Linxon? Never heard of them
JV of ABB and SNC-Lavalin setup in 2018
Linxon India is the EPC Unit of ABB India which discontinued its EPC business got carved out in 2018 and started its operation in India.ABB EPC Unit was the pioneer for Metro technology in India with projects from DMRC,Jaipur Metro,BMRCL and now Kolkata Metro.
These are lead partners. Who are other JV partners with them?
Don’t have info on smaller partners. I can try finding out, but most likely it’ll be revealed after technical evaluation is done.
You probably know this – big firms usually bid with their international parent company in a JV.
What about Rolling Stock contract for Delhi-Alwar corridor? Any development regarding that…
Notice inviting bids for its rolling stock is pending.
From what I know, they’re still trying to sign up with a lender to finance construction/systems procurement.
In the table, you mention that the Rolling Stock tender has been awarded to Bombardier. Yet, when I went to the link provided, the article only mentioned that the bids have been opened. You also mention some issue about complaint from BEML and Titagarh. What’s the exact status?
Bombardier posted a press release a couple days later indicating they’ve received a LoA. I guess the Titagarh/BEML issue was a non-issue for NCRTC and did not legally hold them back from awarding the contract.

I’ve now added an update at the top of the rolling stock lowest bidder post.
What about L&T Ecc ? Is L&T started of elevated Viaduct and Station work?
They’re hiring / mobilizing machinery right now. Saw some advts.
Any updates of tender for underground construction of tunnel for Delhi-Meerut RRTS corridor, in which STEC China came as L1 bidder? Has the award been given or some other plans…
No update for now. Seeing wild rumors of L&T being awarded the contract, which is not true at all. I think NCRTC will wait for things to calm down and then quietly award the contract.
What is the value of these 2 lots? Thanks.
Not sure. NCRTC hasn’t ever released their estimates for any type of package (civil/system) in the tender docs.
Can you update the latest status of the electrification package.I understand it is getting retendered due to new GOVT guidelines on Chinese suppliers.
Especially because many bidders have considered Chinese sub suppliers on GIS,transformer and OHE.Can you confirm.
Thanks
