12 Bidders for Jabalpur Ring Road’s Construction Contracts
12 firms have submitted bids for 112 km Jabalpur Ring Road project packages 2 & 4’s construction contracts after National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) opened technical bids on Wednesday.
This 4 lane greenfield highway with a 750m bridge over Narmada River in Madhya Pradesh will link Jabalpur Airport and peripheral towns of Barela, Shahpura, Bhatauni, Kushner and Amjhar. Its foundation stone was laid in November 2022 by Nitin Gadkari with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,600 crore.
NHAI had invited tenders for Package 2 and 4’s civil construction work under Bharatmala Pariyojna in October 2022 with a 730 day (2 year) deadline.
Package 2 Bidders
Scope: Manegaon to NH-45 from Km.19.050 to Km. 39.180

The bids have now been sent for technical evaluation which can take a couple months to complete. When that is done, the financial bids of the technically qualified bidders will be opened to reveal who’s the lowest bidder and most likely contractor.
The project has a 4 civil packages. With this development, technical bids for 2 packages (2 &4) have been opened, while tender notices are still pending for another 2 packages (1 &3).

ISC Projects has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for the Jabalpur ring road project by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The scope of the project includes the construction of a four-lane of NH-45 to Kushner from km 38.400 to km 74.700 (Jabalpur Ring Road Package 3) under Bharatmala Pariyojna in Madhya Pradesh.
The project will be executed through the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode
The bid was alloted to M/s ISC Projects Pvt Ltd.
