How integrated is the Bangalore suburban rail with the metro system? Will it cover areas that do not have metro connectivity? Will the interchanges and ticketing system allow seamless transfers between the two systems? Are they truly complementary?
BSRP Except for the Third corridor covers the areas that do not have metro connectivity as for the Metro and BSRP stations except for channsandar all the others will be within walkable distance and ticketing I don’t think they will be seamless probably will have different tickets. This is just phase one of BSRP they will connect all the satellite towns of Bengaluru, They are not gonna be complementary as both are two different systems that serve various types of groups
