Some 10s years back, a slogan north is flourishing, but south is diminishing. That comes true in case of Metro and other developmental works. North TN is very flourishing, but South TN is being neglected.

Metro like services need not be thought of, in southern TN like, Salem, Erode, Trichy, Madurai, Tirupur, Coimbatore; mono rail services, which is very much cost effective when compared to costlier Metro services, are suffice to meet the growing need in those areas. Officials/politicians may think on that line.

What’s the use of Metro in Chennai?!! Most of them left Chennai, and most of them are WFH. Then what’s the use? Perhaps, if atleast CMRL did extend services upto Kilambakkam might be useful. Again and again in Chennai too, North Chennai is flourishing and South Suburb Chennai is going down. No more development. Except Vandalur bridge!!! No more Metro or any light mode transport & development in Trichy, Madurai. System failure in Dravidian Rulers for past 50 years. Need a change for TN state. Om Sai Ram.
