Yes! Construction by HCC is at brisk pace, l&t also doing a great work for red line, cmbt to alandur section. Work betn madhavara and Anna nagar seems to be slow, only barricades are placed.

OMR stretch is not yet started. People working in IT will use metro a lot and they don’t mind paying high charges as long as the journey is fast and comfortable with AC. Very evident with 570S AC bus service. I do not understand why metro is running parallel with MRTS train. We can have 1 or 2 interchange stations and run metro via different route which will give us more coverage.

Metro and mrts lines run only parallel upto thiruvanmiyur. Metro line goes elevated at taramani after mrts line takes a right shift.

What is the status report of Airport Line 1 extension to Kilambakkam Metro ⁉️ 🍁 Why nobody is concern about it ‼️ Like OMR IT = GST why CMRL, State govt & Centre is mum on this ⁉️⁉️😔😔😔

TMRG, what is the status of the U/G contracts. They’re crucial for operations as they’re the missing links.
