NHAI had invited tenders for Package 5’s civil construction contract in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) in January 2023 with a 2 year deadline.

The bids have now been sent for technical evaluation which will take about a month to complete. When that is done, the financial bids of the technically qualified bidders will be opened to reveal who’s the lowest bidder and most likely contractor.

With this development, technical bid evaluation is underway for 4 packages (3, 4, 5 & 6), while tender notices are pending for approximately 190 kms of roadway which will be divided into anywhere between 5-7 packages.
