The Indian Government’s Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved a new 28.50 km elevated metro line in Gurugram (Gurgaon) connecting HUDA City Centre with DLF Cybercity through 27 stations.
The project, connecting New & Old Gurugram, was approved with a total completion cost of Rs. 5452 crore and deadline of 4 years. It will be executed by Harayana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited (HMRTC) which will be reconstituted as a 50:50 Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the Government of India and Government of Haryana.

Back in May, HMRTC received 3 bids for the project’s Detailed Design Consultant contract GGNCCDD-15(R1). PIB’s press release indicates tendering is underway for assigning a General Consultant (GC), but I haven’t seen a tender notice for it.
