Good. Sadly, Maharashtra Govt. is not taking any interest on Bullet Train Project. God knows when the land will be fully acquired in Maharashtra for Bullet train. Now what I heard is that NHSRCL have approach IRFC to finance the Vapi to BKC Section of MAHSR. If things go well then Maharashtra Govt. won’t be required to pay a huge amount for the project. It looks like Central govt. wanted to give some relief to Maharashtra Govt. For Bullet Train Project. Hope Construction of Bullet Train will soon start in Maharashtra 😄

TMRG, I’ve heard that IRFC will finance the remaining part of the MAHSR from Vapi to Mumbai BKC. Does it mean that Central Govt. is wanted to provide some relief for Maharashtra Govt. for Bullet train Project?

That news related to IRFC was related to the *possibility* of funding future lines or extensions (Delhi – Ahmedabad for example), and not the Maharashtra section of this line.

At this stage only initial talks have taken place. Nothing has been finalized.

How much platforms will have for HSR stations.
Such stns like Boisar, Vapi, Bharuch, Anand may have 2 platforms and 4 tracks to pass through the express train. But at some stns like BKC,Surat,Vadodara,Ahmedabad and Sabarmati Terminal will be important stns where both express and all stop trains will stop. So I think they may have 6 to 10 platforms. Did NHSRCL have mention anything on these?

TMRG in this article from Times of India stated a sentence about Kolkata Metro Line 1’s extension opening
    https://m.timesofindia.com/city/kolkata/separate-cop-wing-demand-for-kolkata-metro/amp_articleshow/81120449.cms
It told that that PM will inaugurate it on Monday
Most of the article is about police but one sentence clearly stated about the opening.
    Hope it helps
